Trip to Bermuda

We wanted to plan a trip for our 50th anniversary that would be a memorable event. Our Travel Agent, Marlene, suggested a new hotel in Bermuda, in fact, the only new hotel in Bermuda. It did not disappoint! The Loren is a gorgeous Boutique Hotel, with just 45 rooms, a private Beach, and a Five Star restaurant. We truly did not ever have to leave the hotel, it was so beautiful, serene and relaxing. We have never experienced the level of service that we experienced during our stay. The Concierge, Experience Co-Ordinator, Reception, Transport, Wait Staff provided such a warm, happy atmosphere. The staff immediately welcomed us and helped us plan our activities. There are many interesting and fun activities to try, Jet Skis, Boating, Snorkeling Dining on the Beach. There is as much to do and as little to do as you would like. There are many amenities: a Beautiful Spa, Gym, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Beach and pool service. There are two pools, an infinity pool and a children’s pool. Did we mention the Five Star restaurant? So easy and convenient each meal was better than the next. Our last evening, we celebrated our Anniversary. During our dinner our Concierge, Michelle, delivered a special bottle of wine that she found on her day off and hand delivered it to our table. We were in disbelief as to the kindness of Michelle, Victor, Savannah and Sam Jr. We all did not want to leave The Loren and will return to this hidden Gem! Marlene was sensitive to our needs, she found the perfect place and guided us through our travels, checking on us and helping with every detail.
